More than 200 child sexual criminals have been arrested by the US immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) in the Houston region in the last six months.
According to media releases, 214 illegal immigrants arrested for immigration crimes by ice have been “accused or guilty for involving a minor”.
This number arrests 211 “throughout the 2024 financial year.”
ICE says an increase in arrests “is the direct result of an entire government’s approach implemented under the current administration, which led to the establishment of multi -level targeting teams in every sphere of responsibility.”
“In the last four years we have noticed that the entire federal law enforcement community’s resources and expertise to face the huge bounce of illegal immigration, resulting in a historic number of violent criminal aliens, members of the transnational gang and child sexual criminals, have been arrested,” said Huston for ICE Encouraging and Removing Operations.

Out of 214, Ice highlighted five arrests of persons who were previously deported:

George Zebra, 48, was arrested on 21 March. Mexican National has been “convicted in two cases of an increased sexual attack of a minor and sexual indecency with a minor,” said Ice. He was sent back to Mexico on 24 March.

67 -year -old Jesus Gutirez Mirals was arrested on 28 March. Mexican National “is convicted for sexual harassment of a child and driving drunk,” Ice said. Mirals has been deported thrice and was sent back to Mexico from the US on 4 April.

40 -year -old Jose Guadalupe Meja was arrested on 24 June and “a child is convicted of theft and sexual harassment,” Ice said. He has been exiled four times, and was sent back to Mexico on 25 June.
