A gang in Venezuela was accused on allegations including thirty alleged members and leaders of the train D Argu (TDA) nominated as a foreign terrorist group, including killing in Colorado, drug trafficking and firearm crimes.
The gang is bound by murder, forced recovery, kidnapping and drugs and human trafficking.
Several TDA members are accused of illegally entering the US and showing their gang violence for communities in the US including those in Colorado.

A nine-month-old investigation at the Denver-Achar Apartment Complex led a grand jury to charge 28 people in a 39-crime prosecution.
The allegations include smuggling of firearms, using guns in drug crimes, illegal possession of firearms and drug trafficking.
Five defendants also face a conspiracy to rent for murder.

McNellie said, “The allegations tell a story of people selling guns and drugs – many of them,” McNellie said. “The affidavit filed in this case also tells the story of a murder conspiracy and other crimes that were ready to commit the defendants, such as sex trafficking.
“One of the people who offered murders in the case, they bang the undercover authorities that the people they would use for the murders were many people whom we saw crime on news in these apartments in Arora,” they continued.
During the investigation, officials of the bureau of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives (ATFs) recovered 69 firearms including machine guns. Officials claim that several firearms have been linked to firing, carjacking, robbery and drive-by shooting in Denver and Arora.

ATF special agent in -charge Brent Beaver said during the press conference that some of the recovered firearms were made privately, stating that at least one machine was equipped with gun conversion devices.
“By removing these firearms from the road, we disrupted a dangerous cycle of violence, stopped further damage to our communities and sent a clear message to the criminal network,” he said. “We are here and together at a local and federal level, and we will bring you to justice.”
In a separate prosecution, Louis Fernando Uribe-Torilba and Luis Henricles-Charima, both 29, faced the rent for murder in six cases, carriage, and drugs and smuggling of drugs and firearms.
