First on Fox: The $ 250 million fraud scheme exploiting the nutritional program of federally funded children during the Covid-19 epidemic has been described by FBI director Kash Patel as “the worst” in the history of Minnesota.

Conspirators charged in the scheme are accused of creating challans, presenting fake attendance records, and distributing thousands of food from hundreds of so-called food distribution “sites” across the state-taking advantage of the decision of the American Agriculture Department, for participation for the period of the pandic, for its standard needs-for its standard requirements.
Charged documents suggest that about 300 “food sites” in the state did not have very little or no meals, with the so -called “food vendors” and organizations were fabricated for funds aimed at reimbursement of the cost of feeding children.
FBI officials told Fox News that investigations and resulting tests and prosecution affect the state, and have already touched legislative reforms in Minnesota.
He said that the investigation into fraud is on, and additional allegations are expected, although he did not share more details immediately.

The next test in the state is scheduled to begin on August 11.
In a statement, FBI special agent Alvin Winston told Fox News Digital, “Theft is the same for theft of American people – there is no simple truth.”
