A disruptive traveler inspired an Air Canada flight to make an emergency landing overnight at the O’Here Airport in Chicago.
The Federal Aviation Administration said that around 10:30 pm on Friday, the Air Canada flight 1705 came to O’Here after reporting a passenger disturbance of the 1705 crew.
Ontario, Toronto Piercen International Airport in Canada left the flight, and led to the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
Air Canada did not give much information about the incident or what the passenger did.
The incident was resolved, and no arrests were made.
The flight was capable of removing the flight again and landed at Las Vegas with three hours late.
So far this year, the airlines have reported more than 1,000 uncontrolled passenger incidents according to the FAA. Violators may face civil punishment up to $ 37,000 per violations.
