La Crass, Visk. , Sad discovery of Vitbo university Graduate student Elotte Henz’s body in the Mississippi River, La Cross, Wisconsin, left the community in shock, made a call to 22 -year -old for his sweet performance and to increase vigilance in the college city with his sweet performance.
Henz disappeared on Sunday on Sunday, while after one night, she was walking home in bars with friends. Four days later, a fisherman found his body in the Mississippi River near the Bronville, Minnesota.
Jonathan Strike, who lives in Hanz’s Apartment Building, told Fox News that Hanz had gone only a few months ago, but her kindness was radiated in the community.

“He improved the neighborhood,” Strike said, Hanz regularly participated through the neighborhood. “If she was ever a bad day, we do not know. She never gave those vibes. She was always happy, always sweet, even in those days when it was hot and humid like today.”
While the strike had never seen Hanz walking or running in the morning, he said it would not be uncommon.
“This is a college city. I go to work at 2 o’clock and I still see them walking … for most parts, everyone does it. Every two blocks are frequent,” he said. “I have taken my dog for a walk at 2 o’clock, and this has never been an issue really.”

Even though Hanz lived in the same building as Hanz, the news of his disappearance spread so soon, he came to know about it on social media.

Strike urged the community to examine friends and family, “This can happen to anyone.”

“I would say, although many friends come with you, make sure that the whole group is with you when you are hoping, when you are going home,” the woman said, who grew up in the city. “Use your community, use your friends, and do not let anyone come to your home, no matter how much their apartments are, because the river is a real pass.”
“I would like to look out for friends for friends,” he said. “If there are any additional safety precautions that we can take by the river during those times, it will be great. I really have all the answers. I just want our students and residents of the city to be safe.”

While local officials have been quite calm about security concerns near the river in the days after Hanz’s death, Lisa Weston, a member of the city council, who represents district 12, told Fox News Digital that the possible change in the city is “not out of question.”

“I think it is always worth talking about enough public safety,” Weston said. “I don’t think this also requires the death of a young man requires a review of our safety protocol. Unfortunately, La Cross has a history of losing young people in the river in the last 30 years. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not new, and it makes it no less tragic.”
University of visconsin River Watch, a program began to prevent accidental drowning related to alcohol in 2006, reported that between 1997 and 2006, eight college students drowned in the Mississippi River as a result of excessive drinking.

Weston said that by moving forward, he feels that there will be an ongoing conversation about river safety in the city area.
“It will not only be the police of the city, it will not only be the city council, it will be the leaders within the community who will weight,” he said.
