The release of the rapist mentioned twice in Virginia is renewed on the dangers generated by the Democrats led by Democrats that limits cooperation with immigration and customs enforcement (ICE).
Guatemala National David Cabrera was called by the ICE after being freed by the Sanctuary-concentrated jurisdiction Arlington County last week, who refused to honor a federal prisoner and released it without informing the snow.
In a video obtained by Fox News, Cabarera is seen walking on a local road, before ice agents began his arrest.

Ice arrest illegal aliens first released in ‘Sanctuary’ Massachusetts
Cabarera illegally entered the US in 2014 and was convicted of hooliganism in 2015. He was sentenced to jail for more than seven years, although a part of it was suspended.
He was released into ice custody in 2017 and was later sent to Guatemala, but re -entered the US at an unknown time and date. He was then arrested again for a probation violation and re -existence in 2020, only to re -enter.
Acting Ice Director Todd Leone blasted the release, in which Fox News said it puts agents and public at risk.
“This is why the sanctuary jurisdiction does not keep America safe,” Lyons said. “This allows criminals to go back to the road to resume. If Arlington had cooperated, we could arrest him in a safe facility – instead, our agents had to track him down into the community where they could face others.”
Arlington’s 2022 Trust Policy allows the police to follow the state and federal law-but until the law is required, the voluntary closure stops and prohibits information-sharing with the ICE.

The American Attorney for Massachusetts says that intervention with ice operation is ‘disturbing’
In May, the County Board removed a provision, which allowed limited police cooperation with snow, including terrorism, gangs, or in cases related to the arrest of Gundagardi). Since then, the local police cannot constantly contact snow in such cases, although they should follow legal orders.
Leone said Cabrera underlines the threats generated to the public when the jurisdiction does not comply with federal law enforcement.
Cabarera was arrested on June 4 for a probation violation and was released from Arlington County Adult Detention Center on 11 July despite an active ice custody.
“You have a person who is the worst, someone convicted rape, and we had an opportunity to deport him. We deported him … and they don’t want to change the person correctly,” Lyons said.

“Here you have an excited hooliganism that has been deported many times … and Arlington County is leaving him back to the community. To start again. It’s not just right and it does not keep the public safe.”

“We have to send snow agents in the community, where they run a chance to run in someone else, which we can arrest,” Liones said. “We will arrest someone in a safe, safe environment. It is safe for my officers and agents … It is safe for the person we are arresting, but it is also safe for the community.”
Anti-Ice workers across the United States are opposing immigration enforcement, sometimes harassing ice agents and demanding removal of their badge number and their masks.
