McGain was accused of two cases of capital murder after being allegedly killed on the verge.
Shane Wilkinson, a criminal defense lawyer and former chief sub -chief of Benton County, told Fox News Digital that the nuances of The Brinks’ deaths would not be well in the fight against McGain’s death sentence.
Wilkinson said, “I think it is usually going to grow for the people that there are a mother and father who are killed, and there are two children who no longer have a mother and father.” “I mean … This is one of the things that people are going, you know … I mean it is difficult for those children to be unhappy, right?”
Fact officials claim that it was “a completely random phenomenon” by McGain, “people will have to scare,” says Wilkinson.
Officials said the children of Brinks, 7 and 9, are safe and are in care of family members, but they said they were emotionally distressed.

Wilkinson said that there may be many “mitigating factors” that can help McGain to avoid the line of death, including the fact that he is young and has no known criminal history.
“In this case, it does not seem that he has an important criminal history till now, is right? He is a relatively young. I am sure his lawyers are going to see very closely, if he has any kind of emotional or mental disturbance, what will happen,” said Vilkinson.
“If he has any mental illness or defect, it will make a big difference.”
While there is no clear purpose for McGain to kill the verges, as the authorities are accused, Arkansas State Police Colonel Mike Hagar said McGain confessed.
