The Supreme Court of Brazil has ordered that former right -wing President Jair Bolsoro be kept under the arrest of the house.
He is prosecuting the allegations, he conspired for a coup, Which he refuses,
The judge in charge of the investigation of Bolsono, Alexandre de Mores said that it was a decision as Bolsonaro did not comply with the orders leveled against him last month.
In response to the order, Bolsoro’s legal team refused to dissolve any preventive order and said they would appeal to the ruling, according to the Reuters News Agency.
In a statement on X, the US State Department stated that it “condemns” the court order and “will blame them all and eliminate the accepted conduct”.
Donald Trump has used Bolsoro’s test, which he calls “witch-shikar”, despite being a business surplus with Brazil, as a justification for applying 50% tariff on some Brazilian accessories.
Mr. Mores, who has also approved the US, said that Bolsonro used the social network of his colleagues to spread messages including his sons that encouraged attacks on Supreme Court and foreign intervention in the Brazilian judiciary.
On Sunday, pro -Bolsonro rallies were held in various cities of Brazil. One of his sons, Flavio, who is a senator, put his father briefly on the speakerphone in the crowd at Rio de Janeiro.
Flavio allegedly also published a video which he later removed, sending a message to his father to supporters on the other side of the call.
Mr. Mores also banned Bolsoro from receiving the visit, except lawyers or people authorized by the Supreme Court, and directly using mobile phones or through the third party.
He was already ordered to, first, to wear ankle tag, to follow curfew, not to use social media, and not to contact his son Eduardo Bolsono, who has advocated US authorities on his behalf in the US.
These restrictions were imposed due to allegations that encouraged Donald Trump to intervene in the case.
With a pair meeting at the White House in 2019, Trump and Bolsono enjoyed a friendly relationship.
In a social media post last month, Trump said his support for the former President that Bolsoro “was not guilty of anything” and praised him as a “strong leader”, who really “loved his country”.
