Top-Flight German football will be shown live on BBC this season, when the rights were secured to broadcast a Bundaliga match by 2027 in a week.
The coverage will begin on Friday, August 22 when Defending Champion Bayern Munich welcomed RB Leapzig to Welinj Arena.
Other confirmed games include 2023–24 champion Bayer Lever Kusen, which are against Entrench Frankfurt and Bayern V Weeder Bremen.
With a clip of the largest in-game moments in the social media channels of BBC Sport, all matches will be available every Friday to watch live on the BBC Sport website, app and BBC iPlayer.
BBC Sport Director Alex K-Jelsky says: “Bundesaliga is unprecedented to be able to include Bundesleiga matches within our live football offering, especially the Bayern Munich’s initial game features England captain Harry Kane.
“I am proud that all our platforms in the BBC Sport have an impressive portfolio of football coverage – from live games to highlights and digital clips, to break the news on the website, we have been included in this season.”
