An employee of a former US Voice of America and a reserve police officer was arrested on Thursday.
64-year-old Maryland’s 64-year-old Seth Jason was arrested by the United States Capital Police (USCP) and allegedly facing a four-night prosecution to influence a federal officer by threatening a federal officer to threaten a family member, with danger, a danger to kidnapping or injuring interstate communication with a danger and anonymous telecommunication.
Police also seized a laptop, several telephones, one iPad and several thumb drives.
During a news conference on Thursday, American Attorney Genin Piro said that by the end of January this year, “frequent and frequent” threats were made from October 2023.

Jason is currently unemployed after retiring from Voice of America a few months ago. As a retirement, President Donald Trump ordered the abolition of the US state-funded media outlet, later restored to the agency with a federal judge.
