The Ministry of External Affairs (Mea) said that Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is ready to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.
Wang Yi, who is ready to visit India on Monday, will interact with both sides with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, which is expected to be deliberately on several issues, including the border status, business and flying services resumption.

Chinese Foreign Minister’s visit to India comes beyond the scheduled visit of PM Modi of China to attend the annual summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Wang Yi’s visit is seen as part of the ongoing efforts to rebuild their relationship after the clashes of the Galvan Valley in 2020 after the clashes of the Galvan Valley.
Earlier, Hindustan Times reported that Wang’s visit was a follow -up to visit Beijing last December and was part of PM Modi’s preparation for the SCO Summit to visit China to China.

Wang Yi will land in New Delhi at around 4:15 pm on Monday and meet Jaishankar for bilateral talks at around 6 pm. Meanwhile, Wang and NSA Dowal are scheduled to hold a new version of the Special Representative (SR) dialogue on the border question at 11 am on Tuesday. He will then call PM Modi at his 7 Lok Kalyan Marg Niwas at 5:30 pm on Tuesday.
