Exclusive: Attorney General Palm Bandy instructed its employees on Monday to work on criminal referrals from the director of the National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, the director of the alleged conspiracy to tie President Donald Trump to Russia, and the Department of Justice is now opening a grand jury investigation in the case, Fox News has learned.
Bondi ordered an anonymous federal prosecutor to initiate legal proceedings and the prosecutor is expected to present evidence of the department for a grand jury, which will allow the department to secure a potential prosecution, according to a letter of a source of Bondi reviewed by Fox News Digital and a source of investigation.
A DOJ spokesperson refused to comment on an inquiry report, but said Bondi is taking the referral “very seriously” from Gabbard. The spokesperson said Bondi believes that “a clear cause of deep concern” and the next stages are required.

DOJ confirmed two weeks ago that he received a criminal referral from Gabard. The referral included a memorandum, titled “Intelligence Community Daman of Intelligence, ‘Russian and criminal actors did not influence the 2016 presidential election’
No allegations have been made in this phase of investigation against any possible defendants.
The revelation that DOJ is moving forward with a grand jury investigation, in July, Gabbard, following intelligence, a new light on the alleged determination of the Obama administration, which Russia sought to help Trump in the 2016 election.

Former President Barack Obama and his intelligence officials allegedly promoted a “contrasting story that Russia intervened to help President Trump win in the 2016 election, selling it to American people, although it was true.
There was a meeting record among declassified materials, revealing how Obama allegedly prepared an intelligence evaluation in December 2016, after winning the election, allegedly, “used tool Moscow and expanded the tasks to influence the 2016 election.”
The intelligence evaluation stressed that Russia’s works did not affect the result of the election, but intended to sow mistrust in the democratic process.
Gabbard has alleged that Obama and his national security authorities kept a “groundwork” for a legend that the then candidate Trump and his campaign collided to help him win the 2016 election. An FBI investigation and two special lawyers were investigated by Trump’s first administration.

It is unclear that the Grand Jury is expected to target and what can be alleged in view of the laws of boundaries for the activity of about a decade ago.
Former Obama intelligence officials, including John Brainon, James Clapper and James Comi, have investigated Trump’s alleged involvement in Trump’s intelligence that reduced the 2016 victory.
