He said that his “commitment and dedication” to the community is indicated that he planned to assist the local region even in his retirement.
Hundreds of people participated in a vigilance on Sunday evening at St. Brigade Church in Downpatric.

He said that FR Murray had given the life of the last 11 years to Parish and was due to retirement on Thursday.
“He is well thought out by the people here,” he said. “It is only a heartbreaking to him, which was considered a poignant farewell this morning that it turned into something which was just frightening.”
Supt Norman Husslets stated that the inquiry was in an early stage and at this time, he suspects that the Marion Park incident may “be associated with a serious attack in the Downpatric of the St. Patrick Avenue Avenue region on Sunday”.
Talking about the death at Marion Park, SDLP Councilor Connor Galbreth said that a family was now in mourning.
He said, “It is really sad that the two daughters have been left behind as a result, the grandchildren have left behind,” he said.
“And what, we don’t know now why.”
