In an important meeting by the Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktum, under the chairmanship of Dubai’s Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, a broad set of new policies was approved to reopen Emirate’s education, environment, legal structure, and infrastructure crime. With the aim of achieving Dubai’s strategic goals of Dubai for 2030 and 2033, the students extended in initiatives, marks a bold step in Dubai’s long -term vision for the launch, innovation, stability, stability and global competition of an international arbitration center for 90% graduates.
Bold new vision for education and youth empowerment
Dubai has introduced a broad set of policies that mark a transformational change in the education and development scenario of Emirates. These initiatives approved by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktaum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister, objectives:
- Draw global talent via student visa systems
- Provide international scholarship
- It is guaranteed that 90% of students secure suitable employment after graduation
Sheikh Hamdan said, “Youth are the future architects, shaping it with their awareness, optimism and openness to the world.” “Dubai continues to empower young people with knowledge and skills, provides them with world class academic, practical and research opportunities. Our goal is to make Dubai an incubator for excellent students around the world. By 2033, Emirates has intended to make 50% of their total university enrollment for international students. Today, Dubai is home to 37 international university branches, and is planning to host more than 70 higher education institutions including 11 universities ranked in the global top 200 until the target year. Already include notable universities working in Dubai:

Employment operated educational reform
A major attraction of reforms is an educational and career guidance policy, aimed at streamlining infections from education to employment. This new policy led by KHDA targets the following milestones:
- 90% of Emirati Graduates are employed within six months of graduation
- 80% educational institutions to provide effective career guidance services
- 70% of students to entry aligned with their top three options or to secure jobs
This policy is central to achieve the goals of comprehensive education strategy 2033, and includes:
- Career guidance guidelines for schools and universities
- Parents and students engagement initiative
- Integrated career information platform
- Entrepreneurship Program and Life Skill Camp
- Strategic participation with local and international recognized universities and training institutes
Environmental targets and public health initiatives
Parallel to educational and economic strategies, Dubai has launched the air quality strategy 2030, which is an ambitious plan for improvement of air quality and protecting public health. The objective of the strategy is to meet clean air standards in 90% days by 2030, by 2030:

The new project strengthens the role of Emirates in international legal matters, providing cost -effective, skilled and globally recognized dispute solution services. The Center is expected, co-developed by the ADR Center, a major European Medical Institute of Dubai Legal Affairs Department and ADR Center:

Governance policy for government construction projects
During the meeting of the Executive Council, there was a new governance structure for approved construction projects, which was led by the Dubai Department of Finance. it:
