Thomas Frank is looking to increase his options in the final third after attacking midfielder James Madison.
Aze scored 14 goals in all competitions for the palace last season, including a 1-0 win against Manchester City in the FA Cup final.
The 27 -year -old started his England in 2023 and won 11 caps for three lions, including three performances in the Euro 2024.
Tottenham is also interacting with Manchester City at a step for Savinho, but many sources have indicated that Az is now emerging as a player of serious interest for the spurs.
There is no confirmation of whether Tottenham will progress with deals for both Brazilian Winger Savinho and Azay.
