An adult dressed in an Elmo dress was caught on camera trolling protesters outside the American immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) feature in Portland, Oregon, in the weekend, collision with protesters.
The Post Millennial’s Katie Davikrket on Saturday shot a conflict in the Ice South Waterfront facility.
In the video, the unknown person in the dress is seen posing on the ground in front of the entrance of the ice facility, crawling around the outside and then dancing in front of the opposing protesters in front of the person who tried to face the person.
According to the newsgathering website Storyful, the incident allegedly confused and disappointed ice-anti-Ice protesters.

Earlier this month, Portland’s progressive-shocking city council has become a flashpoint for violent clashes between agents and radical agitators, finding ways to expel snow from detention facility.
According to local news outlet Wilmet Week, city councilors reported a hearing that they would consider canceling the ICE permit to operate the South Waterfront facility due to the alleged violation of the 2011 conditional-use permit.

The permit allows detention and administrative use under specific limitations, but MPs have expressed concern that snow has been holding detainees there for more than the required 12-hour limit.

Other residents complained that loud bangs and flashbangs subsidized housing residences and a local school students were interrupting life. A handful of people also blamed Antifa for ugly scenes outside the convenience.
