A driving instructor, whose house and cars were damaged in the fire, tore through three businesses, they said they had lost their livelihood.

Arnold Zapanta, who is one of the 13 people, is still unable to return to his homes, said the scene was “very scary”.
Essex police said a 42 -year -old man from the city was arrested on suspicion of arson and was in custody.
Mr. Zapanta, who was at home with his wife, mam and two brothers, said he only came to know about the fire when he got up to the toilet and saw a red glow through a window, which was torn due to heat.
The 54 -year -old said, “The scary part was not knowing that the fire was at the front door. Fortunately it was not, so we were able to get out.”
“There was a man outside our front door when we came out, ‘Come on, let’s go out’ and I think he did the same for our neighbor.”
He was able to book two hotel rooms for his family for two nights, but, because most of the hotel hotels have been fully booked for Clacton Aircraft on Thursday and Friday, they will have to stay with friends and family until their house is declared safe.
He said that he was working with his insurer and hoped to change the three cars that were damaged by the fire, but could not work in the meantime.
“I’m glad I’m alive, but I am really sad for some students who are going to take their tests and I can’t do anything about it.”
About 40 firefighters participated in the explosion at 00:35 BST.
Codgers of Clacton – A furniture shop – was completely frightening. Two other businesses in the same building – Essex and Easy Mobility Services, were also destroyed.
70 residents were evacuated from their homes and later taken to a refuge center established in a nearby hotel before going to a holiday center.
The Tendering District Council said that most of them returned home by Monday afternoon, but 13 stayed in temporary residence, while structural engineers completed the investigation.
Paul Vicky, managing director of Easy Mobility Services, said he was “quite overwhelmed by the support of our customers”.
“The fact is that there is not much damage, completely incredible,” he said.

He said that he was looking for an alternative complex so that business could continue business in North Essex Town.
“We will come back strong and better,” he said.
Damian Williams, a corporate director of the District Council, said: “The scaffolding is now placed on the site and structural engineers recommend that the area will need to be carefully demolished to make the area safe.
“The protective fencing is installed to the roadside, and the West Avenue is now reopened to traffic.”
