A 38 -year -old father was arrested Immigration Officials said the officers outside their presest in Oregon on Tuesday.
Mahdi Khanbazadeh, a citizen of Iran, was arrested for abolishing his visa, an American immigration and customs enforcement spokesperson told CBS News on Friday.
The spokesperson said ICE officials attempted to arrest Khanbabzadeh during the traffic stop, when they requested permission to leave their child in Dakare. The agency allowed him to be a school parking site, where he “protested the arrest and refused to get out of his vehicle.”
The spokesperson said that ICE officials broke one of the vehicle windows to “fulfill” arrests, saying that Khanbazadeh’s child was rejected.

Caroline Mediros, an immigration lawyer, who said that he offered his advice and guidance to the school and the family, told the local media that seven unwanted cars pulled into the school parking. Mediros has a daughter who goes to school and was playing outside on arrest, she told CBS News via email on Friday.
He said, “Thankfully the children did not see anything, but it was definitely a dangerous and painful situation, as there were many armed, masked officers in the parking where they were playing,” he said via email.
Medeiros told CBS News that it was claimed that Khanbazadeh had abolished his visa or was out of legal position “was completely wrong.” He said that he first came to America on a student visa, graduated in March 2021, and after graduation made an advantage for F -1 visa holders, or infection for alternative practical training. He married an American citizen in June and filed an interview for his green card and conducted an interview four months ago, said Mediros. He said that Khanbazadeh was waiting for the final decision on the arrest.
Medeiros told the local media that Khanbazadehh was being held at an ice detention center in Tacoma, Washington.
CBS news has reached Khanbazadeh’s lawyer for the comment.

The arrest by the immigration officials since President Trump came to the office is one of the thousands. He promised to start the biggest exile effort in American history. His administration quickly reversed the border over the operation of ice imposed by the previous administration and went to cancel the legal status of hundreds of thousands of migrants.
