A federal judge has rejected the proposal of the Department of Justice that Dead Traffier Jeffrey Epstein and his long -time lover and convicted partner Ghhishlyin Maxwell ignored the grand jury content related to sexual trafficking cases against Ghhishline Maxwell.
In the opinion and order of 31-Principal on Motion, US District Judge Paul Angelmeyer shot the proposal, “Important, unknown information in finding documents [their] Crime, or investigation into them. ,
He wrote that only two “features” of the grand jury evidence were notable, briefly presented them in their judgment:
“First, in this case the Grand Jerse was not used for investigative purposes,” he wrote. “He did not listen to the testimony from the witness to any incident of any incident of any incident. He did not listen to any victim, eyewitness, suspect, or even a record patron. The grand jeries met for the purpose of quoting the assessment.”

Only witnesses were members of law enforcement, and each grand jury heard the evidence for only one day, he wrote.
“Second, the evidence in front of Maxwell Grand Jerse is today, with only very minor exceptions, is a public record case,” Angelmeyer continued. “The government accepted the same.”
In addition to the grand jury testimony tape, the Department of Justice also wanted to ignore the additional evidence presented as a demonstration to the Grand gamblers. They were expected that they were publicly involved in criminal and civil court proceedings than include more names.
But Angelmeyer also rejected the government’s request for demonstrations.

He wrote, “A member of the people familiar with the Maxwell trial records, who reviewed the grand jury materials, proposed to unscol down, thus would not learn anything new,” he wrote. “The material does not identify any person other than Epstein and Maxwell because there was sexual contact with a minor. They do not discuss or identify any customer of Epstein or Maxwell. They do not reveal any hatofur unknown means or methods of crimes of Epstein or Maxwell.”
He said that he said the origin of Epstein’s wealth, the circumstances of his death, or “the path of the government’s investigation,” he said.

The grand jury performance cannot be issued without the permission of the court, but federal prosecutors ignored them due to intense public interest across the country. Details about what relationship, if any, could be with nominated persons with Epstein or Maxwell, were not immediately clear.
The prosecutors asked the court to give them by Thursday, August 14, which will be named to inform anyone.

Maxwell is serving a 20 -year prison sentence, when she was convicted in the trial for helping her ex -boyfriend, Epstein, traffic tin girls in 2021.
She is appealing for her sentence and has indicated in recent weeks that she is ready to sit for an interview with the Congress and the Department of Justice.
Epstein died in a federal jail cell in 2019, before he faced himself trial. His official cause of death has been committed suicide, a conclusion by his brother.
