Harapswell said in Marine Resources and Harbor Management A Facebook post,
In response to the posting, the authorities have posted the flag of shark notification in the entire cedar beach, the post said.

Visitors inspecting a shark are asked to take a picture and contact the Cumbersland Regional Communication Center to “take appropriate action at the time of vision.”
The beach remains open to swimmers, and authorities have introduced a notification system to keep visitors safely informed, when a shark is seen nearby.
Five years after the same island, the visible view was a view of the first documented deadly shark attack by the Pine Tree State.

In July 2020, a woman floating from the banks of the island of Bailey was killed by an unsafe shark.
A witness initially saw the woman in water when she was injured in a clear shark attack, Main Marine Petrol said earlier.
Two kaykers managed to reach the injured woman and brought her to the shore, where the first respondents tried to save their lives.

The woman died, Marine Petrol said.

ISAF reported that 47 of the recorded cases were reported to be cut.
Harpswell Marine Resources and Harbor Management did not immediately respond to the request for Fox News Digital’s comment.
