A Judge from Florida on Saturday denied the bond to Rajinder Singh, an illegal migrant truck from India, in which the accused accused the Fort Pierce of causing a fatal accident, killing three people.
Lauren Sweet, Judge of St. Lucy County, ruled that Singh is an unauthorized foreigner and an adequate flight risk.
Sweet also found a possible reason for all six allegations against Singh and classified him as forced hooliganism under the Florida Act.

“There are no release conditions that will ensure your appearance in the test,” Sweet said. “Therefore, Sir, I am setting your bond on each charge without any bond.”
Singh, who virtually appeared from St. Lucy County Jail with the help of an interpreter, was arrested on two warrants, who was arrested for charging three cases of killing three vehicles and three cases for a deadly August 12 accident.
Investigators say that Singh attempted an illegal U-turn in his semi-truck, which led to his truck in Jacquety, blocking the streets north side of the Florida Turnpike. A Minivan then slammed the trailer, killing the three people.

Sweet said that both arrest warrant affidavits were earlier reviewed by a judge. Each judge found a possible reason for each of the six allegations at that time.
“The court found that there is a possible reason to believe that you have forcibly hoisted for all six allegations,” Sweet said.
Singh hesitantly hesitantly asked if he wanted a lawyer, before Sweet appointed a public defender’s office to represent him.

Singh was arrested last week in Stockton, California and extradited back in Florida.
Singh, who crossed the United States Illegally in 2018 Through the southern border, a commercial driver license in California. He attempted to obtain the Working Authority, but according to Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Trissia McLaglin for public affairs, it was rejected by the first Trump administration on 14 September, 2020.
