A Florida person convicted for killing his wife’s sister and parents before setting fire to his house 35 years ago will be killed next month, which can increase the record number of Sunshine State to 12.
63 -year -old David Pitman is to be executed on September 17 under a death warrant signed by Republican village Ron Desantis.
Pitman was convicted in 1991 and was sentenced to death in three cases of first degree murder, as well as arson and grand theft, which took place after the murders of a year ago.

According to officials, Pitman and his wife, Mary, their parents, were passing through divorce on going to the house of Clarence and Barbara Nolles and according to officials, they and his younger daughter, Boney stabbed him.
Investigators said that after this they burnt the Polk County on fire and stole the car of Bonnie Nools before setting the vehicle on fire.
A witness recognized Pitman as a person who escaped from a burning car and a gelhouse informer testified that Pitman had accepted the death of his wife’s family’s stabbing.

The Florida will hear an appeal seeking to block the Supreme Court execution, and an appeal will also be filed with the US Supreme Court.
In 2022, the Supreme Court of the state denied the Pitman’s claim that he had become intellectually disabled and at the same time his death sentence along with allegations was illegal as he did not get a clear hearing on his claim of disability.
