Softening the order of dogs between the backlash, the Supreme Court on Friday stated that Stress would be released back after strings and vaccinations, asking officials to retreat from their earlier instructions to ask Delhi-NCR to put the canine of Delhi-NCR in shelter homes and let it go.
However, the Supreme Court said that not to feed stray dogs on the streets.

On August 11, the Supreme Court had ordered the transfer of all stray dogs from Delhi-NCR roads within eight weeks, instructions to make them shelter for home to direct the authorities.
The Supreme Court was hearing a motu case on dog bites in the national capital. The order expressed displeasure between animal lovers and welfare organizations, after which it was transferred to a new three-judge bench the next day.
The Supreme Court on Friday asked all dog lovers and NGOs who contacted to submit to court 25,000 and 2 lakhs, respectively, for dog shelters.
The Supreme Court on Friday directed the municipal authorities to create an area to feed, stating that there would be no feeding on the roads. The Supreme Court said that notice boards will be placed near the nominated feeding areas, which mentions stray dogs only in such areas.
Notices have been issued to all states and UT to appear in the case and suggest to prepare the national policy.
Under the leadership of Justice Vikram Nath, the new bench took over the matter on August 14 and reserved its order on interim prayer demanding to stay in the direction of August 11.
