The court heard that the woman decided to end the relationship, the point at which Rossi pushed her to bed in her apartment and raped her.
Raksha claimed that the case was like a “puzzle from a thrift shop” because the pieces are missing and there is no complete picture.

The court then heard the woman Rossi, she is accused of raping her apartment in Orem, Utah County, who appeared as a witness in the current case – referred to as KP.
KP said she met Rossi on the social networking site MySpace in August 2008 when she was 21, and she started a small relationship.
She told the court on one occasion, she woke up in Rossi’s apartment that she spent $ 400 (£ 296) on the computer using her credit card details without any permission.
Rossi said he would pay him back but after the end of the relationship, admitted that he had no money.
He said that he again started acting a sex on himself and when he tried to leave, Rossi pulled his clothes down and pinned him on a couch or other piece of furniture before raping her.
Rossi’s test for KP’s alleged rape is going to start in Utah County next month, expected to last two weeks.
