Due to potential American visa challenges, Harvard University’s John F. Students of the Kennedy School of Government who may be unable to return to America will be given the option to continue their studies through a visiting student program at Mank School of Global Affairs and Public Policy University in Toronto.
The program will add courses taught by Kennedy and Mank Faculty members, according to the dean of both institutions.
Deans said in a statement that contingency plans were issued to reduce the uncertainty of the students, but it will only be used if the students are unable to enter the US on potential visas or entry restrictions, Deans said in a statement.
Harvard Kennedy School Dean Jeremy Venstein said, “With these casual plans, HKS will be able to continue to provide a world -class public policy education to all our students, even if they cannot make it in our campus this year.”
