Richardson was reportedly motivated to send money to the Cherizer, knowing that he was approved under the Magnitsky Act.

“I want to tell the public that anyone who was giving money to the Cherizer is also known as a barbecue, because he did not know due to his violent acts in his country, ‘I didn’t know. I didn’t know that I didn’t know that I was approved by the US government,” said Piro. “They will be prosecuted, and we will find them as they are supporting a person who was violating human rights. And we will not see in another way.”
The state department’s Transnational Organized Crime Rewards program announced on Tuesday that it was giving a reward of up to $ 5 million for the leading information or leading information of the Cherizer. Anyone is encouraged to contact the state department for information about his hideout.
“A good reason is a reward of $ 5 million for information for the arrest of Cherizer. He is a gang leader responsible for the abuses of heinous human rights, including violence against American citizens in Haiti,” Piro said. “The US government approved Chérizier in 2020 as it was responsible for the ongoing campaign of violence, including the 2018 LA Khara massacre, killing 71 people, destroyed more than 400 houses, and at least seven women raped by armed gangs.”
The court documents suggest that the Cherizer is a former officer in the HiTian National Police and is the leader of a gang, known as the revolutionary forces of G9 families and colleagues, who helped to form a gang alliance called Viv Ansanam. The coalition unites several criminal gangs of Haiti against Haiti’s legitimate government.
