The Biden-Heris administration is accused of misusing the taxpayer dollar for protests in Israel before 7 October against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The House Judiciary Committee recently released a memorandum underlining the allegations and showed a possible money trail.
The committee wrote in the memo, “The committee’s inspection has revealed that the Biden-Hyris administration gave gram to those groups who directly and indirectly contributed to judicial reform protests that demanded to weaken the Israeli government.”

Netanyahu shared one of the charts with the memorandum on his X account and “reduced foreign intervention on a large scale in an attempt to change the right -wing government in Israel”.
Netanyahu wrote in Hebrew, “An official document published by the US Congress has revealed the surprising information, which confirms that many people have long doubted: previous US administration transferred about one billion dollars to the leftist NGO in Israel, with the purpose of reducing the government’s rule,”

In March, the House Judicry Committee and the Committee of Foreign Affairs sent a letter to six American and Israeli NGOs, saying that “any grant, documents related to cooperative agreements, or US agency (USAID) for international development (USAID) or other awards received from the State Department.” According to the memorandum of the judiciary committee, the organizations have so far produced a total of 380 documents.
Six NGOs Blue White Future (BWF), Movement for Quality Government (MQG) in Israel, PEF Israel Endowment Fund, Jewish Communal Fund (JCF), Middle East Dialogue Network (MEPDN) and Rockefeller Philanthropy were advisors.

Before Hamas’s attacks on 7 October, Israel was entangled in an internal battle on judicial reform measures. It staged a warm debate and widespread protests across the country. House Judicry Committee said that then President Joe Biden Condemned reform measures and appeared to express support for protest.
Biden told reporters in March 2023, “Like many strong supporters of Israel, I am very worried. I worry that they can get it directly. They cannot continue this road. I have made it clear.” According to CNNPart of the quotation also appears in the memorandum.
The committee claims that the BWF received funds from the NGO, including some US grant recipients, and funded the coalition headquarters for protest. Additionally, the committee alleged that the Biden-Hyris administration gave MQG $ 42,000 to conduct active training in Israeli high schools.

Israeli minister pushed back against us, international criticism on judicial overhaul
PEF Israel Endowment Funds have been accused in a memorandum to provide more than $ 884M to groups involved in anti -democracy protests. Similarly, the committee stated that Rockfeller Philanthropic advisors provided “parts of $ 20 million in federal grants” to the groups for funding protests. Additionally, the committee questions whether MepDN has violated its 501 (c) (3) position “by financed by funding anti -democracy.”
When it comes to JCF, the committee claims that the organization gave the protest headquarters and two main funds of protest more than $ 42.8m.

The committee said in the memorandum that the investigation is going on and more American and Israel NGOs will be added.
