A person has been produced in the court on charges of buried crimes, fraud and theft after a major investigation in the plow, after a major investigation by a funeral directors in the plow, in which the police have removed a quantity of 35 bodies and ash.
The Hamberoside police started their investigation into the Legacy Independent Final Directors after a report of “anxiety to concern for anxiety” in March 2024.
During a brief hearing in the Hul Crown Court, funeral director Robert Bush, 47, who faces 65 allegations in total, did not enter any argument.
Judge John Thackeray Casey postponed the hearing of his petition and test preparation till October 15 and released him on bail.
In April, Mr. Bush, east Kirk Ella, East of East Yorkshire, but now Otley, West Yorkshire, with 30 cases of preventing a valid and decent burial, and counted 30 of cheating by false representation related to proper care of the remains and the return of ash.
They have also been accused of two cases of fraud by false representation, counting of each business of fraud in relation to a funeral plans, fraud by false representation in relation to lack of care of residues, and thefts related to the theft from theft to theft.
Hamberoside police said all allegations from the period between May 2012 and 6 March 2024.
During the 15-minute hearing, Mr. Bush sat in a glass in front of a security officer, wearing a gray three-piece suit.
He stood up and talked to confirm his name and personal details only.
The Legacy Independent Funeral Directors had two sites in the plow and one third in Beverly.
Mr. Bush was accused in April after describing the “complex, long and highly sensitive 10 months of investigation” by the Hamberside police.
