Immigration and Customs Enforcement told the lawyers of illegal immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia that they could be deported in Uganda after being released from jail on Friday, Fox News has learned.
The Ice and Department of Homeland Security Documents received by Fox News showed that ICE informed the lawyers of Abrego Garcia that they could be deported in Uganda in “not less than 72 hours” and should be examined with any agent at the ICE office in Baltimore on Monday.
It reached an agreement to accept third party exile with the US after Uganda.
After his release from a Tennessi jail on Friday, American Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes put Abrego Garcia in custody of his brother as a third party mentor of the trial. She should wear an electronic monitoring device, check with prettery services in Maryland and not report from 10 am on Monday.
