An illegal foreigner from Senegal was accused of attacking US immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) officers and other detainees with an deadly or dangerous weapon.
The Homeland Security Department (DHS) announced allegations against Bass NDIAEE in a statement released on Thursday.
According to the statement, NDIAYE was arrested on 17 July and was taken to a federal immigration building in New York City for processing.
Waiting for processing, NDIAYE allegedly caught a pair of scissors and tried to stab ice officials and about a dozen other detainees. He was quickly and subdued by snow officials.

The statement said that NDIAYE is a result of the grip-and-relief policies of the Biden administration in the country. He was arrested on the southern border by federal officials in October 2023, but was released in the interior.
He is now facing a count to attack an US official using a deadly or dangerous weapon. The allegations were announced by the US Attorney to the southern district of New York J. Clayton.
This comes when according to DHS, ICE officials are facing more than 800% increase in attacks compared to last year.

The agency blamed the Democrats and mainstream media for increasing attacks on ice authorities, stating that their “lies and fake stories” shook hatred and violence.

The agency told the Congress’s Democrats that it was said that “doxing and even physically attack” officials worked for ice.

McLaglin has earlier rigorously condemned the politicians who criticize for the operation of ice, saying that ICE officials “are risking their lives every day to keep our communities safe from the worst criminals.”
