According to the Polk County Sheriff Office, a Nikaraguan person in the United States is illegally facing “promoted” allegations in Florida for a fluffy hit-end-run in the weekend.
Sheriff Graddy Jude said 34-year-old Roberto Sandobbal-Lopez on Saturday crashed his white Honda in a winter heaven in someone’s fence at around 7 am and went.
Sheriff’s office was alerted to the accident following witnesses to report the incident.

Sandobal-Lopez was found immediately after the accident after the law enforcement walking in a nearby area and it was determined that he was drunk. Their eyes were described as “water” and “bloodshed”, and Deputies said they could smell alcohol.
When asked if he was drinking alcohol, Sandoball-Lope -z allegedly stated that he drank six bottles of mods a few hours ago, during a breath test, at around 5 pm, two samples were detected in two samples, 0.13 and 0.124 BAC levels were detected.

Sheriff Graddy Jude said in a Facebook post that Sandobal-Lopez will remain in jail until he is raised by American immigration and customs enforcement.
Jude said it is lucky that only one fence was damaged during an alcoholic drive and Sandoball-Lopez was called a coward to move away from “visual and responsibility”.

Sheriff also reiterated that being illegally in the US is a crime and in Florida, the situation of immigration will affect the severity of criminal allegations.
“In Florida, if you are committing the crime of being illegally here, your other criminal allegations are extended to a degree; he is now facing a serious hooliganism because he damages the property while driving under the influence,” Jude said.
