Jaipur, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Tuesday that India always strives for the welfare of all and is now setting its right place on the global stage.
Addressing a program in Sikar on the anniversary of the first death of the Lord’s former Peethadheshwar, the former Peethidheshveshwar of Bhagwat, God said that in various quarters, after the fact that democracy will not live in India.
“Not only democracy survived, but people defended it during the time of crisis. Today, India is ahead of many countries in democratic practices,” he said at a program organized at Shri Jankinath Bada Temple at Revasa Dham.
Talking about the civilized visit to India, God said that since ancient times the traditions of the country have been continuing through many ups and downs. “We have seen prosperity and poverty, freedom and subjugation. Still the mission has continued. Whenever the world needs the most, India has increased.”

Bhagwat said that a person is enough to share it with the whole world. “For this, an entire nation should adopt the truth as the mission of his life and live by it. It is with the purpose that the sages created this nation through their penance,” he said.
Talking about Swami Raghavacharya, he said that his association with Revus Peth began after becoming the RSS chief.
“In our first meeting, I was associated with his affection and his deep understanding. I once visited Rewasa Dham during my lifetime, and introduced me to Gurukul students. His warmth and commitment to the society was visible deeply,” Bhagat said.
On this occasion, the RSS chief unveiled a statue of Swami Raghavacharya and inaugurated a newly built Gurukul Bhavan.
