An investigation into a murder has been initiated after the death of a person in Downpatric.
The police received a report that a person was found dead at home at Marion Park at around 12:00 BST on Sunday.
A 30 -year -old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is in custody.

Supt Norman Husslett said: “Inquiry is in an early stage and at this time, we suspect that it may be associated with a serious attack on Sunday in the Downpatric of the Avenue Avenue region of St. Patrick.”
Earlier, police said that a person went to the church at St. Patrick Avenue at around 10:10 pm and priest, Fran John Murray hit the head with a bottle.
DET C isple McBurney said that it was “a completely shocking and cruel attack and left the priest with a serious head injury”.
The priest was rushed to Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, where police said he remained in a “critical situation”.
