Jake Paul defeated former Middleweight Champion Julio Sesar Chavez Junior to “close” an old crowd to close “F-K Up” unanimously in Anahem, California.
“All the boos are words, and actions speak loudly compared to the words, so Y’all F-can close the up!” Paul said in a postmatch interview while taunting the crowd. “I’m hip, I am really hip, I just beat your boy-the work, year five, wait until I go even more madraf — ERS!”
Paul (12–1, 7 kos) appeared in 39-year-old Chavez (54–7-2) facing his most skillful rival, taking the biggest risk of his unique boxing career, and an enthusiastic supporter in Southern California in front of Chavez crowd.

At least it looked like a risk until Chavez stepped into the ring at the Honda Center and saw lifeless, barely threw a punch in the fourth round of his cruiserweight bout.
Even shouting fiercely with his famous father in Ringside, Chavez fought a temporarily and difficult manner against Paul, who patiently controlled the ring and simply landed sufficiently to win the round.

Chavez first made a clear attack in the sixth, and he gave several exciting shots in the ninth, finally performed a long boxing career skills.

“I thought I lost the first five rounds, so I tried to win the last round,” Chavez said. “He is strong, a good boxer (for) first three, four rounds. After that, I thought he was tired. I don’t think he is ready for the champion, but he is a good fighter.”
Chavez, who has fought just once since 2021, is known to fail to maximize his father’s capacity in genetics. He is still the most reliable boxer ever to share the ring with Paul, now 5 1/2 years old and 13 has 13 quarrels in his attractive battle career.
