US Vice President JD Vance is meeting Conservative Chhaya Justice Secretary Robert Jenrich in the House where he is living in the UK during his holiday.
The BBC has been told that Vance’s team invited Jenrichric to a private meeting with the vice -president at Cottaswolds on Tuesday.
Vance and his family are visiting the region for their summer breaks away from Washington DC in Southwest England.
The BBC has contacted a Vance spokesperson for the comment.
Vance arrived in the UK last week and met David Lemy to talk about Gaza at the official residence of the Foreign Secretary, Shaving House and other international affairs at Kent on Friday.
Vice President Conservative leader Kemi is not due to meeting with Badenoch, who was talking to the business owners at the Isle of White on Tuesday.
A conservative spokesperson said that the colleagues for Badenoch and Vance were discussing a meeting, but “Just could not work with the schedule”.
Badenoch met Vance last year when she was at Washington DC and had dinner with the Vice President.
Last year, the Tory will meet Vance for the first time in Cottages, defeated by Badenoch in the Leadership Competition.
Tory Shadow Secretary of State and Vance has taken the same positions on a series of policy issues from immigration to free speech.
Vance’s visit includes many official attachments, meetings and trips to cultural sites.
Over the weekend, Vance and his family enjoyed a directed tour of the Henry VIII’s former house Hampton Court Palace.
The residents of Dean in the Oxfordshire have faced disintegration, in which the police closing to visit the Vice President with roads.
Since the arrival of Vance on Sunday evening, the village and a manner house in the area have been in heavy security.
The Vice President is depicted at a farm shop, close to the house of former British Prime Minister Lord David Cameron, which is near Norton.
Vance’s visit comes before US President Donald Trump, who traveled to Scotland for a private visit in July, scheduled to travel a historic second state in the UK next month.
