In support of the hostages, the protesters took to the streets of Jerusalem and marched towards the residence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to give voice to their anger on the Gaza City Techover Scheme.

“We are more than 350 soldiers who served during the war and refused to continue service in Netanyahu’s political war,” he told the Amir Nader of BBC.
There were protests in Israel in cities like Haifa. Thousands of people also gathered in Tel Aviv.
Israel’s decision to expand its war in Gaza condemned the United Nations and many countries including the UK, France and Canada and motivated Germany to stop military exports to Israel.
The scheme approved by the Israeli Safety Cabinet lists five “principles” to eliminate war: canceling Hamas, recovering all the hostages, removing the Gaza Strip, taking the safety control of the area, and “establishing an alternative civil administration that is neither Hamas nor Palestinian Authority”.
