Jio, Vodafone-Idea Networks Down after Airtel Outage | Latest News India

A few hours after Airtel users reported a similar outage on Monday, both Jio and Vodafone-IDA networks are allegedly below.

The Dowdatector, a portal that monitors tech glits, saw more than 200 reports of Jio outage at around 5 pm on Monday. While the Vodafone-Idea outage does not seem wider for now, the portal reported about 50 outage reports, which is normally above normal.

According to the outage map provided by the detector, Vodafone-Idea outage is impressing users in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai and Jaipur.

Jio outage map is more widespread, which also affects Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Patna, Ahmedabad and many more users. Neither the telecom giant has reacted to the outage so far.

A few hours after the Airtel users experienced a similar problem, the outage came out, a service obstruction that the telecom company confirmed in a post on the social media platform X, because many problems were faced, which were calling and using mobile internet. The issue was first flagged off in Delhi-NCR, and later in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Responding to a post on X, which claimed that the Airtel mobile network users of Delhi NCR had problems calling, the company said it was working to resolve the issue.

In response to the post, the company said on X, “We are currently experiencing a network outage, our team is actively working to solve the problem and restore services immediately. We apologize for inconvenienced honestly. Thanks, thanks, Team Airtel.”
