A group of Liverpool FC supporters have written to the Prime Minister to complain about the planned presence of political commentator Ian Dale at the Labor Party conference in the city.
The Spirit of Shankali (SOS) stated that his presence was unfair because he had co-owned books published by Kelvin McKenzie, a company, former South Yorkshire Police Chief Inspector Norman Betison and the former editor of The Sun.
Surya has been the subject of long -running boycott in Mercesis on its coverage of the Hillsboro disaster, while Mr. Betisson has faced allegations that he tried to blame Liverpool fans for the tragedy, claiming 97 lives,
Mr. Dale told the BBC that he was “at almost every labor party conference since 1998, which included all in the Liverpool” and described the intervention of the SOS as “ridiculous”.
The Labor Party has been approached for comment.
In his letter to Sir Kir Stmper, SOS said: “Labor party should now offer a platform in this city, an insult, which is complicated by the current fear of those Hilsborough families, survivors and campaigners – as the voice was given by Liverpool MP Ian Burn – that Hillsboro law will not be fully given as it was approved.
“This decision is coming after the recent appointment David Dinsmore as Director of Government CommunicationsOnly combines the growing sense of betrayal. ,
The SOS said that it also wrote to every Mercesis Labor MP on the planned presence of Mr. Dale.
This is the second time a presence by Mr. Dale in Liverpool has given rise to a dispute regarding Hillsboro.
Mr. Dale said that the theater was “cow by a couple” at that time.
The SOS also stated that in 2011, during an appearance in Liverpool for the Labor Party Conference, Mr. Dell described the city as “terrible”, saying that it “welcomes the Gaza look”.
Mr. Dale told the BBC, “Both Kir Stmper and Mercyside Labor MP are very happy to appear in my LBC radio show, so I can’t imagine that they will have any truck with this ridiculous effort to ban me from the conference.”
