A labor councilor, who has called for cutting the throat of far-flung protesters to a racism rally, has not been found guilty of encouraging violent disorders.
58 -year -old Ricky Jones, Snarecabrook has been on trial in the Crown Court, when he “hate Nazi fascists” to the protesters and said that “we need to get rid of them all while addressing the crowd at Walthamsto on August 7 last year.
Mr. Jones told the police that the video was captured, “sick” and did not intend to instigate or encourage violence.
The Dartford Councilor, who has ever been suspended by the Labor Party, denied the allegation.
