Lawyers for a nurse have complained about sharing a hospital change room with a trans doctor, condemning the NHS Murali statement on the case as the “irresponsible” of the statement.
The Health Board published the four-plate document online, while evidence was being heard in a case brought by nurse Sandy Pegi.
The statement alleged that the Employment Tribunal started “physical loss and risk of sexual violence” against NHS employees.

He said that it was “irresponsible and potentially insecure we know”.
Jane Russell Casey, who represented NHS Murali, said: “Unfortunately because the hearing has been held public, Murali’s witnesses are in touch with a very unprotected environment and I am afraid that they have been threatened because I have been threatened.”
Judge Kemp said: “There is no participant whether the witness, representative or participant should scare and if this has happened, it is a case for criminal courts and police Scotland.
