Police have said that a dog was kicked into the head after a debate with another person after barking on each other on each other.
In the 50s, a person was punched and then on Friday around 19:00 BST was kicked on the face in the “dirty, unsafe attack” at Leisove, Viral.
The Mercesis police said that after separating the animals, the other man “got strange”, attacking another dog walker, as he went away from the plains.
Date Inspector Phil Ryan appealed to anyone who saw the attack, or a man to leave the area, to come forward.
