Loudon County, Virginia, School Board this week to allow transgender children to use facilities to continue supporting supports that do not match their biological sex, the state’s guberonorial election is the front-and-center in the election of the state.

In the administration of President Donald Trump, the Department of Justice is demanding that the school of Loudon County cancels the district policy, and if the school board does not function till Friday, it is threatening to draw $ 50 million in federal funding.
But in a meeting on Tuesday evening, the School Board issued a support of policy 8040 to continue the Department of Justice 6-3, which provides security for transgender students.

The Department of Justice argues that the policy title is in violation of the IX, which is an half -century old federal law that prevents sexual discrimination in any education program or federal funding activity.
Loudon County is one of the five Northern Virginia School districts, faced by Friday’s time limit with Alexandria City Public Schools, Arlington Public Schools, Prince William County Public Schools and Fairfax County Public Schools.

The Department of Justice alleges that the policies of school districts, which give students the option to use the school bathroom and locker room on the basis of gender identity, and not their biological sex, violate the title IX.
Sears, pointing to the Republican sweep of the statewide offices in the Virginia elections four years ago, said that the school districts have “wicked and apparently gone, they have not learned a lesson since 2021, when we run for the first time, and they do not understand that parents still matter.”

“As a governor, I will ensure that our teachers get the support that they need to continue to provide a world -class education for our Commonwealth children,” by former CIA officer Spanberger promised.

But Sears alleged that the spanbargers who are voting in the November election, are playing both sides of the issue.
Pointing to the previous vote in the Congress by Spanberger, “what she is trying to do is both way, because she has supported and voted for organic men in girls’ games and bathrooms.

“I want parents to know- ‘I am in your corner,” Sears told Fox News.
And he argued that “Abigail will not step for you to fight even in the Spanberger ring.”
