Lancashire Police, Lancashire Fire and Rescue, North West Ambulance Service and National Highway Traffic Officer are participating in the scene.
‘Don’t do the film’
“We know that this bandh will have a significant impact on the motorists, although the sooner our officials are working, they can work at the scene to get Carriageway back,” the force said.
“We will ask that people do not film with their vehicles in moving traffic.
“Two people have already been seen doing so, and we will see them to prosecute them in the appropriate time.”
