In a house in Birmingham, a person has been accused of murder in the 30s after a person in the 30s.
West Midlands Police was called for a property on South Road, Hawkley, on Friday 17:15 immediately after BST where a person was confirmed dead at the scene,
34 -year -old Ernest Vaska of South Road, Hawkley, has been accused of killing a person in the 30s, which has not been formally identified.
Mr. Vaska will appear in the Birmingham Magistrate Court on Monday.
