A suspected killer was caught chasing a person on CCTV, who was chasing a person under the road with a gun in his hand, a teenager was shot dead in a park immediately after.
15 -year -old Rene Graham was shot in chest at a concert at Placens Park in Amsley Horniman in Ladbrock Grove, West London on Sunday, 21 July 2024. An £ 20,000 reward has been offered to find his killer.
Detectives have now released the footage of the suspect to walk towards the park and enter a play area.
The footage supplied by the Metropolitan police is then trying to make a “quick escape” before leaving the park to the suspect and seeing another victim, which he chases on the road while carrying a gun.
DET CE Insply Alison Foxwell said that the police had traveled through hundreds of hours of CCTV and took several statements.
“Rene’s family continued support in these inquiries, and they are quite devastated about his death,” he said.
He said that in his 20s, a person was recently interviewed under caution regarding the murder of Rene and that the force continued to examine all the lines of investigation.
“The person responsible for the murder of Rene set fire to a busy park, where dozens of people, including very young children, were enjoying themselves,” said DAT F Inspector Foxwell.
“We believe that people are sitting in the name of the responsible person,” said DET CH Inspection Foxwell.
“This person, who was ready to kill Rene and risk others’ lives, lives in your community.
“Now the time has come to come in contact with us to give peace to Rene’s family.”
Crimstoppers are putting cash for charity reward.
Regional manager Alexa Lukas said: “Rene was very sad last year in a broad daylight with more than 200 people.
“Please do the right thing to find justice for the rane.”
