Mandy Moore exploded a driver, who ran away from the scene after killing the actress and her family.

Amazon spokesman Steve Kelly told Fox News Digital, “We are able to reach Ms. Moore via Instagram and ask for more information from her in -laws, so we are able to do better investigations what has happened here.”
Kelly continued, “For weeks, we have advised people who are distributing on southern California on our behalf, to use discretion in areas that were affected by wildfire – especially if it involves transporting to a damaged house – it was not clearly here.”
