BBCAccording to local reports, twenty -eight people have died after a tourist boat in Vietnam in bad weather.
The report said that at least 14 people are missing after the incident at Helong Bay, a popular tourist destination in the north of the country.
Most of the passengers were reportedly going from Hanoi to Vietnamese.
Heavy rains are obstructing the discovery of the remaining people, the rescue team says.
