The National Weather Service (NWS) has announced a Flash Flood Emergency at Ruidoso, New Mexico on Tuesday, July 8, which requested the residents to search for high land immediately. The video showed that a rapid flood wave in a house has been dropped down, where according to the NWS, the river water has increased by 15 feet (4.5 m).
