As suspected Maryland MS -13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia prosecuted in a high -profile criminal case, three more alleged MS -13 members in the state are being accused of plotting including murder and drug trafficking.
Commenting on the allegations, Acting Assistant Attorney General Matthew Geloti said that men’s actions “carry out the reign of MS -13 terror in communities in Maryland.”
Allegations filed against Salvadoran citizens living in Maryland-Maxwell aerial Quizano-Consco, 24, Daniel ESASS Villonua-Boutista, 19, and Hayatsville, Maryland’s man, Jose Morrisio Lynez, on Wednesday, was announced in the Department of Justice.

The department said that a nearby monitoring camera caught the murder on the video. The three are being accused of plotting including murder on July 4, 2024, including murder. If convicted, they have to face life sentence in jail.

It comes in the form of 29 -year -old Abrego Garcia, another Salvadoran National who was living in Maryland, faces allegations of human trafficking and conspiracy.

According to the indictment, Abrego Garcia played a “important role” in a human trafficking ring for almost a decade. Attorney General Palm Bondi described him as a full -time smuggler, who made more than 100 trips to transport women, children and MS -13 gang -conferred people across America
According to a police and court records shared with Fox News Digital, Abrego Garcia was arrested in Hyattsville in October 2019, at which he was identified as a member of MS -13 by Prince George County Police Gang Unit.
