The US Department of the Interior (Doi) said on Thursday that it was adding the “increased inspection” of the agency’s decision on new winds and solar projects in an attempt to end these “untrustwt” and “subsidized-dependent” energy systems from the previous administration.
The new instruction reviews the review processes of the update, including senior leadership in the internal department, including the office of the secretary, to final review of any relevant decisions, including leases, methods of rights, manufacturing and operational plans, grants, consultations and biological opinions.
The Acting Assistant Secretary for Land and Mineral Management Adam Sus said, “Today’s action carried forward President Trump’s promise to deal with the Green New Scam and protect the US taxpayers.”
“American energy dominance is inspired by the US-based production of reliable baselide energy, not regulatory bias towards incredible energy projects, which are fully dependent on taxpayer subsidy and foreign-sources.”

A source familiar with Doi’s newly extended oversight directive stated that the agency was serious that the Biden administration gave preference treatment for the permission of new wind and solar projects, which a doi press release described as “incredible” forms of energy on Thursday.
The press release argues that, with the removal of “artificial advantage”, the Trump administration is “leveling the playground” for “dispatched, cost -effective and safe energy sources, such as clean coal and domestic natural gas”.
The press release stated, “These actions mark a return to reduce national security, grid stability, and US employment generation supporting standards,” the press release states.

Action is being taken with an executive order signed by President Donald Trump earlier this month, “market distorted subsidy for incredible, foreign-controlled energy sources” and ending other presidential instructions, while also working to implement some provisions of a large beautiful bill act while the newly passed new passed.
The “Big, Beautiful Bill” provision that supports instructions, asks the internal department to eliminate the right and capacity fee exemption for the current and future winds and solar projects, which DOI said on Thursday “will” terminate the years of subsidy for financially unacceptable energy development. “

“For a very long time, the federal government has forced American taxpayers to subsidize expensive and incredible energy sources such as wind and solar sources,” says Trump’s executive order. “The spread of these projects displaces inexpensive, reliable, transmitted domestic energy sources, compromises our electric grids, and discredit the beauty of our country’s natural landscape.

“In addition, dependence on the so -called ‘Green’ subsidy threatened national security by making the United States dependent on the supply chains controlled by foreign opponents. Eliminating the huge cost of taxpayers’ handouts for incredible energy sources is important for energy dominance, national security, economic development and financial year of the nation.”
